The wine tasting begins at 4:30 PM and is led by Tryffelsvinet’s sommelier. You will enjoy an exclusive wine tasting at Näsby Castle. This is a unique opportunity to delve into the world of wine under expert guidance in a historic and atmospheric environment.

Tryffelsvinet’s sommelier will guide you through a carefully curated selection of wines, where each bottle tells a story and has its own character. With passion and expertise, the sommelier will share both technical insights and personal reflections on the wine's origin, flavor nuances, and perfect food pairings. You'll get the chance to explore everything from classic favorites to hidden gems, and learn about wine’s role in cooking and gastronomy.

At Näsby Castle, you’ll not only taste fantastic wines but also immerse yourself in the intimate and historic ambiance the castle offers. The elegant atmosphere and professional guidance create an experience that captivates both beginners and seasoned wine enthusiasts.

After the tasting, a three-course dinner will be served in our castle restaurant. The menu is set for the evening and based on seasonal ingredients, ensuring a fresh and flavorful meal. Paired with the carefully selected wine package from Tryffelsvinet, it creates a truly memorable culinary experience.

You may choose between Terrace Rooms and Superior Rooms. Terrace Rooms are located in the Park Wing adjacent to the castle. These rooms are one level down and each has a small terrace just below ground level. Superior Rooms are located in the Kadettmässen building, about 150 meters from the castle. This building also houses our relaxation area and gym. The reception and restaurant are located in the castle's main building.
